Please note: Deleting your account permanently removes your cloud backup data (after a 30-day grace period) and your subscription link. Data on your local device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Two ways to do it

Option 1 (recommended) — delete in the app

  1. Open the QiFlux app
  2. Settings → Account → "Delete all my data"
  3. Type the confirmation phrase "DELETE QIFLUX"
  4. Tap "Permanently delete my account"

Two taps or fewer to the delete-confirmation screen. Takes effect immediately (local data, and your subscription drops to the free tier right away) plus a 30-day grace period (cloud data).

Option 2 — request online

For users who have uninstalled the app but still have a cloud backup. When you submit, your email app opens a pre-filled deletion request to [email protected], which we complete within 30 days.

FAQ

Can I recover after deleting? Cloud data can be recovered within the 30-day grace period (reply CANCEL). After that it cannot be recovered.

Is my subscription cancelled automatically? The QiFlux-side subscription link is cleared and your access drops to the free tier immediately, but Apple / Google auto-renewal must be cancelled separately (Settings → Subscriptions & billing → Manage subscription).

What about local records? Local records live on your device — QiFlux cannot delete them remotely. Uninstall the app to clear them.
